Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this site. It aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
What we do
- Text and interface colours meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1, in both light and dark mode.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard only, has a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to main content” link.
- Pages use headings, landmarks and labelled forms so that screen readers can navigate them.
- Text can be enlarged to 200% and the layout adapts to small screens without horizontal scrolling.
- Animations are switched off if your system asks for reduced motion.
- The site works without JavaScript.
Known limitations
- Embedded Baserow views and forms are provided by a third party; their accessibility is outside our control. Data from the programme database will also be available as a downloadable CSV file.
- Some linked publications are PDF documents from publishers and may not be fully accessible.
Feedback
If something is hard to use, please tell the WG chairs (see About) and we will try to fix it or provide the information in another format.
